Returns

● Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving the product.
● Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
● Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

● Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be informed of the refund status.
● Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
● Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product was incorrect or defective.


Exchanges

● Exchanges may be requested within 3 days, subject to stock availability.


Non-Returnable Items

● Used or damaged items
● Clearance or discounted items

Return Shipping

● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on KEW’s part.
